Taskmaster returns with a brand new cast of hopefuls all keen as a condiment to win television’s most revered gong: a vague representation of Taskmaster Greg Davies’s head sprayed with gold paint. Those contestants are: Charlotte Ritchie, Jamali Maddix, Lee Mack, Mike Wozniak and Sarah Kendall. As ever, Greg’s personal beard-trimmer, Alex Horne, will be diligently taking notes, recording times and offering very little assistance to the five comics as they attempt tasks that involve the perils of airport security, fashion for insects and the creative application of cling film and gaffer tape. And it’s not even that kind of show!
